At Access Denied, we stand by the quality of our products; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with all security tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the merchandise in its original box, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
